So after setting up kids corner and adding a password I was unable to get back into the phone, I presume at this point it was operator error (I used a zero as the first digit of my password). With that said it was excruciating trying to find hard reset instructions, none I found were complete. A
fter a couple of hours I was succesful with this combination
Press and hold the volume down, power and camera buttons simultaneously till the phone vibrates, then release the power button. Wait for exclamation mark then press > Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down
